BOBCARL store General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from BOBCARL store can be returned within 7 days after delivery. You can contact us by email: support@24hserving.vip, and tell us the problem and issues to apply return or exchange. You may need to pay the shipping fee of returns, depends on the order situation and your country. Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? Witnin 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

We will review your request and contact you immediately if we need more information and help you deal with your problem.

Once we approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
